I can't even tell with the nose job, but def. the before pic! She looks too unnatural in the second. She should have gone about a cup size smaller!

Implants are gross!!! Every person I know that has them thinks she is the sexiest thing EVER and they all look ridiculous. It doesn't help that the girls weren't attractive before or after. Fake boobs don't make a girl pretty if she is essentially ugly.

the nose was reduced too much, giving the jaw an enlarged appearance. this plastic surgeon was obviously not an artist.. or just doesn't understand the basic dimensions of the face create certain effects. she looks more like tori spelling now, as before she just looked like a cute girl. if i were her, i would have a corrective surgery. I would go to the best of the best plastic surgeon and truly study what it is that makes the face in balance. i would then ask to reshape.. and rebuild the nose a little bit. it looks skeletal and strange. mostly, it is not balancing her face. there is probably a way to fix it, she will have to go to a better doctor. ashley simpson's perhaps? I wish Heidi would read this!!!!
